Regarded as the pinnacle of junior surfing in Australia, The Ausralian titles from 1-8 December will be based at Roaring Beach on the Tasman Peninsula, South East of Hobart.
Six states will be represented in the battle for the prestigious national titles.A win at the national level is regarded as a major step in a surfer’s competitive career with the list of past winners featuring some of the greatest names in world surfing including two-time ASP Men’s World Champion Mick Fanning and fellow Gold Coast surfers Joel Parkinson, Dean Morrison and Bede Durbidge.
Flying the LSD flag is Jeames Young of Yamba, NSW, Jeames will be in the 16's and 12 year old Mia McCarthy will be representing Western Australia in the Girls 14's. Good luck guys!...
